The locals are very cooperative and helpful, because they know how to operate in corruption and lawlessness. I was pleased to learn that even the local police work hard to root out bad actors, because they know how to do business. I mentioned to the social worker that I wanted to take some pictures of some dead bodies, because I had found them in the middle of the road; apparently some people here don't want to take action against those who commit crime.
