Deleted Section 3
Carsten Wolfe, the German engineer specialized in toxic waste, was a short stocky man with a nice (and big) mouth, and an easy smile. This is a note from his travelogue: The locals were complaining that the Italian tourists were coming to kill them. They decided to move things around and opened a tourism office, but the IRS came back and said that the assets were corrupt and the loan was doubtful. The Italian government promised an investigation, but what's that? Luckily there's a fortune teller around town, telling Gothic tales of unholy alliances and conspiracies. Carsten was a genius, able to make sense of complex systems in a manner that was almost poetic. He was able to interpret highly structured data, provide insight into an extremely unsophisticated mind, and share useful information. An excellent example of his creativity was in the way he used social media. He set up his website and provided valuable documentation about weight loss, but the moment someone clicked on his photo or video, their connection was severed forever.
